•  What is the status of ISP?

Answer:

Chartered by the Government of Punjab and recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

•  What is a Charter?

Answer:

Charter is a legal right of an Institution/University to confer degrees to its students given by thGovernment.  

•  What is HEC?

Answer:

HEC is abbreviated for Higher Education Commission which is the highest Federal Authority to manage the affairs of Universities/Degree Awarding Institute's in Pakistan .

•  Is degree of ISP is valid?

Answer:

Yes, it is valid & legitimate and its degree is acceptable w

•  What is the location of ISP

Answer:

•  ISP has two campuses

•  City Campus and Main Campus

•  City campus is located at 31-A Gulgasht Multan and Our Main campus is located at 9km at Bosan Road Multan.

•  What is the difference between the degrees of ISP & BZU or any other Public sector university?

Answer:

Both have same status and the validity of the degrees from both is same.

•  Are all programs of ISP are recognized by the HEC?

Answer:

Yes, all programs of ISP are recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

•  Is ISP is affiliated with BZU?

Answer:

ISP is a chartered Degree Awarding Institute has equal status as that of BZU and ISP offers its own Degree because it's a Degree Awarding Institute.

•  When did ISP get chartered by Govt. of Punjab?

Answer:

Since July 2010

•  How many faculties are there?

Answer:

There are three faculties comprising Social Sciences/Humanities, Management Sciences/Commerce, & Applied Technology

•  In which ranking ISP fall?

Answer:

It falls under top ranking of W(A) by HEC.

•  Does it hold of Quality Assurance Certificate?

Answer:

•  What is the advantage of collaboration?

Answer:

Collaborative activities encompass ex-change of faculty, Credit hours transfers, administrative staff, and graduate students, conducting collaborative research projects, conducting lectures and organizing symposia, ex-change of academic information and materials, promoting collaboration in fields of mutual interest, promoting other academic cooperation as mutually agreed.

•  Can a student transfer his credit hours from ISP to any other University in Pakistan or Abroad ?

Answer:

Yes for both

•  Is there any other chartered Institute or University in Southern Punjab?

Answer:

ISP is the only pioneer and solitary independent Degree Awarding Institute managed in private sector in South Punjab Region

•  What is the difference between the B. Tech Degree & Engineering Degree?

Answer:

B. Tech & Engineering Degree belongs to the same family but B-Tech Degree is not equivalent to Engineering Degree.

•  Does ISP offer transport & hostel facility?

Answer:

Yes , ISP offers hostels for female and male students and it also provides Transport facility for its students and staff at a very economical charges throughout the city.

•  How many campus of ISP?

Answer:

ISP comprises two campuses, City & Main Campus. Both are situated in a posh area with ample option of public transport facility from dawn to dusk.

•  Who is the Rector of ISP Multan?

Answer:

Mr. AsimNazir Ahmad is the Rector of ISP.

•  Am I eligible to take admission in ISP?

Answer:

A person holding credential of Intermediate or its equivalent is eligible for bachelor class & a person holding bachelor degree or any recognized university eligible for Master Programs.

•  If I want to take admission then which campus of ISP should I visit, Main Campus or City Campus ?

Answer:

Any student who is willing to get admission in ISP, he/she can visit our city campus or our main campus or Get guidance from the official website of ISP. www.isp.edu.pk where a student can also apply for an online admission.

•  Can I apply to ISP, if I am still awaiting my results?  

Answer:

•  Yes, you can apply to ISP, if you are waiting for your results. Fill in the application form and once your results become available, you will be required to submit these to the admissions office so that your application file is complete. This will be considered as a provisional admission and promotion to the following semester, will depend solely on the student's academic performance.  

•  Is the degree from ISP internationally recognized?  

Answer:

Yes, our degree is indeed internationally recognized.

•  What is the attendance requirement?  

Answer:

The students should have 80% attendance in each course. For executive program the limit is also 80%. If a student fails to maintain the required attendance he/she will not be sit in the final examinations.  

•  What is the basic medium of instruction at ISP?

Answer:

At ISP, the medium of instruction and communication is English.
