Introduction
The department has high-qualified dedicated faculty, which is on the course of dissemination and the creation of knowledge through their academic and research activities. In order to develop practical problem solving and improving the psychomotor skills of the students, the department is equipped with engineering laboratories related to various fields of civil engineering that includes concrete technology, material testing, hydraulics, hydrology, environment, transportation, computer, and most important mechanics of solids, fluid, and soil. The Best University in Multan is striving hard to raise the cognitive and affective abilities of the students through a range of curricular and co-curricular activities. The prime focus is on the development of fundamental concepts of civil engineering along with producing the necessary depth and breadth of the discipline. According to the requirement of the OBE & A system, the emphasis of the learning process is increasing on the engagement of students in problem-based learning, complex engineering problems solving, and performing in open-ended labs in order to produce the graduates who are capable of dealing with real-world problems with their professional excellence.

The department of civil engineering is committed to ensuring a quality learning experience by imparting the outcome-based education (OBE) for producing graduates that shall contribute to sustainable socio-economic development and technological advancements through their professional contributions.
