I can rightly call myself a progressive personality and progressive teacher.All of my life endeavors focus on the single notion- to be the right person at the right place.

I have diverse academic background. I did my graduation both in Natural Sciences and Arts. I did my Masters in English Literature in 1994 and Ph.D (Education) in 2022.

I have diverse and multilevel teaching experience of 30 years. I started my career in 1994 as a Science and English language teacher in School sector. From 2004-2023, I served as Lecturer in English and Education for both undergraduate and post graduate level.  I feel honoured to claim that I have taught English Language from K-1 to M.Phil level. My Ph.D research-ROLE OF SELF-ASSESSMENT IN PROFESSIONALDEVELOPMENT OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS isresulted from my real teaching experience and is the epitome of my teaching journey. During this duration, I also served on administrative positions as well.

I would describe my teaching approach as student-centered and task-based. I take deep interest in the success and welfare of my students. I have always tried to be as creative as possible. I am currently working as Assistant Professor in Education Department at ISP Multan. So far, I have had the opportunity to supervise 23 M.Phil (Education) scholars.
