Possessing diverse administrative expertise in positions including manager research center, Convener research committee, course evaluation coordinator, Member of Admission Committee for PhD (Management Sciences), Member of Special Interest working group of HRM (SIG-HRM), manager Telenor, and field supervisor. In the academic realm, possesses experience teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels, along with notable scholarly record featuring several publications in top-tier Journals (e.g., International Journal of Hospitality Management, Business Process Management Journal, Creativity and Innovation Management, Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Sustainability, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights, Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies), and research supervision at the graduate and Postgraduate level.
