She has a teaching experience of more than 10 years. She believes that education should be practical and applicable. She makes a conscious effort to connect classroom learning to real-world contexts, providing students with the skills and knowledge they can use in their future careers. She delivers higher level undergraduate and graduate courses via classroom, online and hybrid methodologies to satisfy course curricula and meet students need. She also conducts individual research projects to actively contribute to institution’s research work. Her area of specialization is marketing and management. She is deeply passionate about understanding and contributing to the emerging field of constructive deviance. Her research agenda is rooted in examining the nature, antecedents, and consequences of constructive deviance, with a focus on promoting positive organizational change and innovation.
