I have a remarkable track record, boasting 28 publications in Scopus and HEC approved Journals, alongside near-native English proficiency. With over 18 years of experience in both national and international higher education, I have excelled in leadership roles, including serving as an Associate Dean and Chairperson. My contributions span across curriculum development, faculty enhancement, and research publications. My expertise lies in designing and delivering courses in research, communication, and English linguistics. I place a strong emphasis on promoting learner autonomy and e-learning. Additionally, I am proficient in utilizing data tools and e-teaching methods, excelling in curriculum development, faculty training, and research. Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of spearheading programs, leading committees, and publishing research. My expertise extends to AMOS-SEM, Inferential/Descriptive analysis, as well as proficiency in software like Atlas ti and Nvivo. I am fully prepared to make a meaningful impact on institutions with a results-driven approach.
